Hi, it looks like you’re a newcomer! FYI, we have a really diverse community here, including pornography addicts. Images like this can be triggering for some of our community members.

“Oooo great abs! What’s your tattoo mean?” Is that what you’re looking for? Try tinder.

Sorry. I didn’t realize there is a community for that. I might have that addiction too now you mention it but jeez one addiction at a time for me. Not giving that up. I mean can these people never go to the beach anymore? Never go to Walmart where people walk around half naked? I hope my tummy doesnt trigger anyone.

Never had a tinder. Just proud of something I didnt lose to my addiction. Everyone should be happy with themselves. Be proud of yourself. We are constantly beat up by being addicts. Why not finally shine.

I’m not a pornography addict so I can’t speak to it from first hand experience. If you’re curious use the search function to find threads about it. I would assume that going to the beach is different because you know what’s coming and you’re choosing to go there, versus checking in on a sober app that is often one of the only safe spaces people have.

I think this is your que to take it down or let it get flagged.

You know, I read your profile and your story is not too different than mine. Though, I am a couple decades older.

This community can help a lot. This community offers a ton of help and support. And “these people”–all of us–do avoid going places that cause temptation in early days of sobriety. Whether the DOC is drugs and alcohol or porn, or self-harm.

So, someone who comes to their safe place doesn’t want to be faced with it.

This sober journey has taught me to replace pride with gratitude, vanity with a healthy self image. As a sex addict, I have to find my value beyond my flesh. Turns out, I’ve got a lot more to offer than just my body. On another note- cutting Walmart out of my life isn’t the worst thing to happen to me. I’d recommend it to anyone. :+1:t2:

Not a selfie, but it’s me at the garagesale in my band outfit! Laughing and almost peed in my pants because of a Christmas cap yesterday. If you pushed a button on it it started to sing and move his horns and Christmas cap. It was too funny! They made a film too, but I can’t share that one. I think I’m going to watch that one when I’m feeling sad

Removed photo at 1 july because of my privacy.

And off corse I’ve sold the hat too! :sunglasses: :santa:

This is so very new to me but I am loving it. There is another one coming up in Oahu next month and then there is another in Boston in a few months. All I know is I haven’t had this much fun meeting new people just having sober fun ever in my life. I plan on doing more functions as many as I can
