Finally went and got my vision sorted out last week and picked my specs up today. Got used to them a lot easier than I thought I would. Turned out when I got sober the double vision wasnt actually the drink
Now viewing everything in 4k TV looks far too real

Ah thank you. Really happy with them. Had my eyes opened to a whole new world twice now in 12 months amazing to see the absolute beauty of every clearly. Seeing parts of my daughters face properly Ive never noticed before like how her smile curves up and away and the little crease in her chin in the middle. Was driving to a meeting earlier and the rain coming down in front of the leaves on the trees was sooooo clear. How wonderful to be blessed with not only sobriety but with corrected sight. Millions of people get neither

Sore in the quads. My right knee is harshing me, but my left Achilles is mellow. I took a 2 and a half hour nap. I’m sober and in one piece and ready to prepare for Granite Man Wolfeboro in 3 weeks! Gifts of sobriety friggin’ rock!

You’re not the first person to mention Bernd’s name to me! I did not ever meet him, but his students are done of the most grateful people I’ve met!
The islands are gorgeous, there’s a 10k in the late summer or early fall that I try to get to. It starts and ends at a winery. I’ve seen people have a beer after a race, but wine? You gotta love the stuff to do that!

Hi darling, everything went well and fast. I had the best moving team, couple of bruises and now,an aching back. Some smaller things still to be transported this,week, but on the winning side
