I hope a remedy/cure can be established for you. I have known others with similar issues that went through years of doctors poking, prodding, etc. Usually ends with some sort of meds… :hushed::thinking:
changes subject slightly How did that exhibition go? I realize it’s trivial, but did the public enjoy your photography?

Not trivial at all! It went well, and I don’t remember being that nervous since before I gave birth. I guess it’s just that photography has been pretty important to me, so my heart and soul was up on those walls. I felt exposed, and especially the without wine I usually would have used to hide behind. I was a bit socially awkward more than a few times, but I doubt people noticed or cared. I sold 3 pictures, which I was pleasantly surprised by. As for my symptoms, now it’s kind of Round 2…get some second opinions to revisit the possibility it’s inner ear, have some cardiology testing on Monday, may get a repeat MRI to see if MS lesions have developed. (My symptoms mimic MS, but no brain evidence last MRI.) It’s a full time job trying to figure it out, but at least now I can come clean about my alcohol use.

I totally get that your heart and soul were on the wall for all to see. And actually selling pieces is great! Difficult to make money from art at times. I have been playing music for decades and I think I made some money when I was 29. Couple bucks…
Photography is dear to me as “The Eye” seems to be a trait that runs in my family (skipping me, but fully in my kids).
I look forward to someday reading here that your vertigo is gone. Go 21st Century Science! (Hope your medical bills are small, if nonexistent…) :fist:t2::call_me_hand:t2::v:t2:

Thank you.️ Here in Canada, most health care is covered. I’ve only had to pay to see the jaw doctor, because, oh yeah, my jaw is locked up pretty good too.

Ahhh! Canada. Nice. My brother moved there a few years back. Loves the healthcare. Locked up jaw?!

Perfect smile  @Cassie.Sullivan

Just read your symptoms @Heddy…I was gonna ask if u’d been tested for MS. I had a coworker that developed MS in his 40’s…symptoms started with leg weakness and vertigo like symptoms. He finally went to get checked out after his legs just randomly gave out playing soccer one day. Usually it was made worse by exercise or stress for him. You sound like you have a good grasp on the testing procedures, I remember a few years back the medical community was hopeful about an antibody marker of some type that would help reduce the procedural costs and increase the capability for early detection…don’t know where that stands today or if you have already inquired about it.

I suffered with vertigo a year ago. Was admitted when I thought I was having a heart attack because of the symptoms. Had all the tests, CT and MRI with and without contrast. Full labs and physical. Nothing was found. I was put on a low-dose of meclazine and the episodes eventually ceased.
