You can try SMART Recovery. I’ve heard good things, though I don’t know if they follow the sponsorship model, just groups and worksheets and readings.
I really enjoy The Luckiest Club, though I’ve only attended online meetings and not sure about any one on one opportunities, but I like their vibe a lot as an alternative to AA.
If you have any interest in Buddhist ideas there is Dharma Recovery, too. Spiritual, not religious.
Oh and I don’t know about searching within a thread, though that might be an option using the website version, don’t know if web browsers have a “search this page for” option? I was actually wondering the same thing earlier!
