Talking Sober not opening in Sober Time Android

@Robin, I am getting logged out/ timed out frequently and an error message. Log back in okay but get the spinning wheel a lot.

Installed the update, but cannot load the forum using the app. Just the spinning wheel

I was getting an error network message yesterday. This morning I did an app update and now it just loads and loads and loads endlessly.

I know this is frustrating, it’s frustrating for me too. I’m trying hard to resolve the issue. At the moment I have no detailed error information. I just see generic error messages. It’s also not happening to everyone, and there are no patterns that I could find yet.

I’m working on an update right now that will let you reset your session (so it clears out all the forum’s settings from your phone) if the site fails to load or takes too long to load. I’ll try and get it out in the next few hours.

Again, apologies for the delay. It’s not that I’m not doing anything, it’s just a perplexing issue to solve.

Been getting this since last night. Have to log back in every time and my internet is fine

I’ve seen this message recently, too. BUT I’ve only seen it while a forum page was loading at the same time I was manually switching between wifi access points.

So at least in my case it seemed to be related to access. Just clearing the error and trying again once reconnected it went away.

I wonder if some people on some phones are more sensitive to the internet connection hopping around in the background?

It’s annoying. I’ve the same internet access I always had with this app so I’m not sure what the problem is. Ah well I guess I just need to re-login now and again. Not the end of the world

I’ve been pressing dismiss and it seems to go away without having re log in.

Mine wont let me dismiss for some reason. I keep pressing it but it doesn’t do anything x

Try resetting your page by tapping the reset button.

Did you try this? I think the Dismiss button also didn’t work when I saw this, but Reset did.

Yes if I hit reset I have to log back in each time. It’s no big deal just don’t know why it’s happening x
