I do what I normally do every day: I go for a 30 minute walk, walk the dog and do household chores. I think little things like that help keep your mind busy and healthy.

This weekend was pretty hard. Had some really strong cravings and that addict voice really started rationalizing why it would be ok to go get a bottle of vodka and tempted to test if my drinking was really that much of a problem. Logically I know it was…but those intrusive thoughts really try to gaslight you! So I took some deep breaths, told my boyfriend about my craving so I wouldn’t remain secretive in my thoughts and went to Target for my second Starbucks for the day to take my mind off vodka. Seems to have worked. Going to bed sober and 113 days strong.
Took an afternoon nap.
Washed a load of laundry.
Did the dishes.
Hung out at Barnes & Noble and journaled.
I walked for 30 minutes, journaled, did the dishes, helped my sister with a couple of chores and walked 13,000 steps.
I rowed 12 km.
I walked the dog.
I went shopping for my fathers birthday party food.
I baked rolls, bread and quiche.
I’ve read and I’m reading TS.
Spent a lot of my day hanging out here.Took a walk, ate all the chocolate I had in the refrigerator. And didn’t buy any new champagne.
Took my doggos for a run, went to an AA meeting, read some quit lit, meditated a lot, took the doggos for their afternoon walk, hanging out on ST
I cleaned the house, did the laundry and walked the dog.
Bought candy, It’s Saturday, in Sweden kids get to eat candy on Saturdays, and me too ofc
I bought a big bag for the same amount of money I would have spent on cheap champagne, ate like half of it turned I’ll, probably from to much sugar and
swore that I’ll never buy pick and mix candy again.
Then I felt so miserable for not being able to drink champange or eat candy so I took three walks. Forced the family out to join me for walk nr 3.
And hanged out here. I’ll probably do that for a while.
