I let my 13 and 10 year old get online and pick out their school clothes and send me the links. All I had to do was make sure they got their sizes right and that we stayed within our budget. It was very cute to watch them shop on their own lol

I spent the entire day outdoors healing myself from a stressful situation. Sometimes you just need a day.

Rejoiced smiling when awaking with my backache gone, knowing thinking positively and holding tight I can heal in all ways! :pensive:

I started listening to Gabor Mate and Carl Jung to find out what happened to me that I became a addict and with that knowledge I was able to understand and eventually was able to understand myself and move forward Jung helped me understand that the traumatic experience that happened to me when I was small didn’t have to define me as a adult this happened after I worked through remorse and regret and I was finally able to forgive myself for all the terrible things I did in my 48 years of addiction plus the 16 personality test taught me why I act and think and feel the way I do it truly was mind blowing now I know my weaknesses and my strengths for me knowing me was the key to my 4+ years of sobriety
