Those are the only options…?

Also ā€œmost important question on this threadā€? I think not.

  • Pie (correct)
  • Cake (wrong)
  • Whatever the hell cheesecake is (still wrong)

I said what I said.

Can’t let it go, cake has frosting and frosting, if done correctly (none of that thick gritty stuff) is like sugar clouds from heaven. :boxing_glove:

This drawer… what do you use it for?

  • Store cookie sheets, muffin pans and other stuff
  • Keep food warm
  • Both warm food and storage

I just recently found out some people use it to keep food warm. I had no clue

Same! Just yesterday!

Mine doesn’t get warm. I think many don’t, unless intended as a warming tray. I’ve never owned a stove where it gets warm! Although I’m sure some do

I do believe it has to be a designated warming drawer for that to work.

That’s where I put cooking pans and forget that I have them… then I buy more

I live this life. That is the drawer of forgotten items.

My first house had a gas oven. That’s where you’d put food to broil it.

:scream: what in the heck?! Wild!

Mine’s definitely not for broiling! Looks like its only for storage.

What the hell is broiling. Like boiling?

I could just Google but I prefer real talk.

Yep, I’ve seen this.
@Tragicfarinelli broiling is cooking in an oven under a flame. Its like having a restaurant salamander in your home oven. Good for crisping the tops of things.

It’s when the heat comes from above the food. Often used for toasting, browning, etc.

Grilling! I get you.

Ok what the blimpin is salamandering.

Do you use that word also for like a gecko /lizard?
