the foster got cancelled :cry: they are significantly short staffed due to COVID so there’s no one to help intro the dogs when they get off the trailer from MX and to small animal test (i have a guinea pig as well so they do the best and test with cat on site). i’m so sad. i got a new dog bed today and had a list of chores to do before their arrival tomorrow like a new fur parent. i’m so glad i found out later in the afternoon and not in the morning. i battled my internal alcoholic voice for a few hours until the next meeting at 5pm. just felt defeated. bah humbug. it wasn’t meant to be and my dog needed a new bed anyways. thank god for online meetings. i stopped at the market, picked up some chocolate PB cups and frozen pizza to enjoy tonight. :slightly_smiling_face:
