Conor is in the correct hemisphere for zoom so he can use whatever word he wants :innocent:

Weirdly he uses that word only to describe other peoples behavior…recently he, himself is never around…and when you ask him about it. He has all these fancy explanations. Which to me, sound a lot like excuses.

But what do I know.

Hey guys, Next Saturday 4th (Febrero) I will make the cooking zoom.
The food that I will make is Chilean Pastel de Choclo “Corn and Beef”

This are the ingredients that you will need if you want to participate

INGREDIENTS
For the corn mixture,

• 2 tablespoons butter
• 4 bags of frozen corn (454 grams each) or 10 cups
• 1/2 cup whole milk (The corn can be from the day or frozen)
• 3 tablespoon cornmeal
• 1 bunch basil, about 10 leaves, Sweet basil preferably
• salt, pepper and Merkén or paprika

For the meat,

• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
• 2 pounds ground beef
• 1 cup water or beef broth
• 3 onions, diced small
• Merkén or 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• salt, pepper
• 2 tablespoons flour

Optional: cooked chicken, hard-boiled eggs, black olives, and raisins
