Monday weigh in is 224.8lb. I gained 1 lb from last monday but im not upset bcuz last weeks weight was something like a 5 lb drop from the week before (which is quite surprising and alot of weight to lose in a 1 week period). So im happy with my progress so far. Juat gotta keep going!

I gave up alcohol just over 6 months ago after starting to drink following my sisterās fatal horse riding accident. Drinking never got completely out of hand but I drank to often. So, so thankful today to have been given the strength to quit and for a 2nd chance at life. I started walking, then running and feel so much better. Iāve lost 15kg so far. Pic on the the left was taken 7 months ago. Have a wonderful Friday everyone!!

I have an addictive, obcessive personality and im trying not to be so glued to the scale. Ive resolved to only weighing myself on thursdays and sundays but i dont think that helps. I havent lost any lbs since sunday. Im going to go to only weihhing myself on sundays

Good weight after traveling a week.
Iām going to try and do one weigh in a week on Saturdays now since I seem to be maintaining my weight pretty well after a couple of years or so.
100,2 kg. Damn. I thought a little bit more were gone.
Down .5lb since last week and about .5in off chest,waist,hips. Its progress but not as much as i would like. I begrudgingly admit i need to increase my physical exercise. Thats the goal this week
This evening is āprotein bombā time. Maybe it accelerates the weightloss.
