A table spoon of coconut yoghurt is good. Give coconut yogurt a go , its a healthier option and its yummy. Not expensive. Just get a plain coconut yoghurt , no added flavor etc

No , not gluten intolerant. I got tested for celiac but Iām clear. Tummy just goes swollen from wheat n grains oddly

I am right at my goal weight from my weight loss last year. But I feel like I cheated because I was 15 pounds under my goal weight in October. Now that am right at 200.00 lbs. so I actually gain 15 pounds. Now no room to gain anymore. Iām not going to panic yet. I still have my Noom app but I donāt log my food any more. I always said if I gain over my goal weight Iāll go back to logging meals. I feel logging all my meals on my Noom app was the best tool for my 45 pound weight loss. New year. Back to work.

I lost that 60 pounds and got to 185 and wifey thought I was skinny . And I couldnāt gain any weight back. I tried. Saw the doc and the thyroid med was out of wack so he adjusted it. Makes sense after all the weight loss. I think itās harder to maintain a weight than actually loosing weight. And of course gaining durning the holidays was pretty easy.

I got a 10 minute workout done iam 2 days away from completing my 30 day fitness app i started on December 15 ive lost 16 pounds during this time tonight i start a new 60 day program from BeachBody called Shaun t 60 day Max insanity after that i will be doing my own calisthenics until i get to my goal weight ! LETS GOOOOO!!! Went from 224 December 15 to 208 lets see what the scale says this friday
