Run laps with fathead do my insanity 30 minutes
Cant wait to see my progress tomorow morning LETS GOOOO !!!

I weigh myself every morning just to see what is going on with my body. But I weigh in on here every Sunday. I think weekly is a good option. :grinning:

So Iā€™ve had a blah week. Not bad just not pushing myself with my steps etc. I had a day of eating naughty yesterday, not much but I did eat dairy and meat and a few lolliesā€¦ This morning I am bloated and the scale has gone up to 73.1kgā€¦ I donā€™t enjoy how my body is feeling today so I am going to juice cleanse for todayā€¦ I also joined a new gym the other day ! Its a gym that has Pilateā€™s classes , yoga, spin, and circuit classesā€¦ All for $35 a week. That is so affordable!! A regular walk in yoga class at a yoga studio is about $25 for a single class here in Australia. So for $35 unlimited everything I listed is fantastic!! Iā€™m sure all my coming selfies will be at the gym now lol :joy:

Bring those Gym selfies on !! Thats what im talking about this journey is a lifestyle and will have alot of ups and downs the important thing is we can come back from it dont be discouraged for eating naughty a few days or 1 day what matters is you come back stronger :pray::pray::pray: woohooo on the savings!!

Checking in January 22 2021
FRIDAY WEIGH IN ! My scale read 200 pounds
It did not change or move from last week i hit a plateu in my journey i will not be discouraged i did loose 24 pounds in one month time to dig deep and get to work see what i can change or needs to be done im going to cut off smoothies aka breakfast and fast and Only have Lunch and Dinner ! LETS GOOO !!!

Going to amp my workout intensity
And im going to add 20 lbs dumbells
To my workout add some weights i also have a pull up bar wich ill begin to use now we find ways around we dont get discouraged !

24lbs is ALOT to lose in 1 month!! :clap::clap: Just look at is as you know that weight is gone for good, it wasnt a fluctuation in water or whatever, it has gone :muscle::muscle:well done! :grin: I bet you get a big ā€œwoosh!ā€ Next week :grin:

I had a good day, did some yoga and went for a walk, ate well and stuck to my IF plan. Need to drink some more water though.

Oh manā€¦same logic I could lose 75 to 78 pounds in one yearšŸ˜³ a bottle of white wine a day, and you know that also meant box wine, so maybe even more! My brain is about to explode with shock.

Crazy isnt it!? :scream::scream: god I was horrified when I worked that out. But itā€™s only given me an extra (as if I needed itā€¦) reason not to drink.
Now, if only we make sure not to eat back those calories weā€™ll be golden :point_up::smile:

I wasnā€™t going to weigh in today. Cuz. You know. If you donā€™t weigh in you canā€™t go over your goal weigh :grimacing:. :thinking: is that my old addictive brain hard at work?
Then I thought it was better to be accountable and I usually weigh in on Friday and Mondayā€™s. My goal weight is 200. I weigh 200.4. So Iā€™m going to fudge it this way instead. Iā€™m still at goal weight til I hit 201. Lbs.
and I held myself accountable. Hey Iā€™m still sober and thatā€™s the important counter.

Itā€™s fine its done now. Dont stress or feel guilty about it. It wont do anything so dont feel bad or let it throw you off track.
Just get straight back on plan tomorrow.
Youā€™ll be fine!

Not sure if this is the right place to post but I am wanting to lose about 50lbs. I have a condition that makes it EXTREMELY hard to lose weight and the only cure to this condition is weight loss apparently. My dr recommended Keto for me. I will be starting it in feb. I have my macros figured out and have a basic meal plan to start. I will be doing intermittent fasting alongside keto aswell. Just wanted to have a place to post and get support from others working toward their weight loss goals :smile:
