omg I lost 5lbs this week
I’m pretty shocked at that tbh… I had a sneaky weigh in mid week and I was 2lbs down so would have been happy with that or an extra 1lb to bring it to a 3lb loss over the week, but nope, 5lbs down!! Whoohooo!
So to date I’ve lost 17lbs
Still another 16lbs to go until I’m back in my comfort zone but overall I’d like to lose another 25lbs (ish).
Oooooh so whatever I’m doing is working
No doubt it will slow down the further I get to goal but that’s fine.
Going to take some measurements this morning as I haven’t done those yet.
WOW!!! That is FANFREAKINGTASTIC!!! CONGRATS!!! Keep up the awesome job!!! I was down over 3 lbs last week and I was astonished! I dont expect to continue to lose at that rate, but it sure felt WONDERFUL! I have another 20-25 to lose but being 10+ lbs down in 2 months feels so much better than before!
Thanks!! And well done to you too that’s amazing!!
I’m the same in that I no way expect a loss like that each week but seeing it come off was amazing. I was really (pleasantly) surprised by it.
Now I’m only 3lbs away from my normal range, although I will still have a lot to lose before I get to goal, but to be in that weight range is going to feel great I want to be realistic so I’m not expecting to get there for another two weeks, sooner would be better (obviously) but it’s all good. As long as I stay consistent it’ll chip away slowly but surely.
You’re very welcome and than you so much right back!
Yes, I wholeheartedly agree, seeing it come off which such a good feeling. I actually don’t look at the scale when I weigh in. I have my hubby do it and then I ask him is it below the previous week’s weight. Haha. Either way I find out, but its just something he and I have come to establish. It softens the blow when and if the number goes up instead of down! I carry most if not all my extra weight in my middle section, so I still have a ways to go, but making progress little by little is encouraging and promising, which helps me stay determined and focused on eating right and exercising daily.
Keep up the AWESOME job!!! You will get there soon!!!
