No treats no snacks during the day.
Manned it up for a walk since the roads were plowed. Wasnāt a power walk but a walk none the less.
Hopefully the weigh in tomorrow will please me. Donāt have my hopes up though. I havenāt been very active but my eating habits I feel have been good.

Celebrated the birthday of my oldest son yesterday. So there was nice food and cake ofcourse. I eat all of them but smaller portions. Fasting now like I do every morning untill 12.30 houre.

January 29 2021 i lost 3 pounds !!! this week iam 197 out of 224 ive lost a total of 27 pounds so far ill take it it was tough when i didnt see my scale budge last week but with hardwork a bit more calories i managed to break out of that now im back to loosing weight i feel great ! Only 52 more pounds to go out of 79 pounds i started with LETS GOOO !!!
Breakfast i had greek yogurt
Lunch i had some rice , shrimp , sushi, seafood mix from a local Buffet it was good !
For dinner ill be having something light not sure yet
Last Saturday I weighed in at 119.8lbs and today I weigh in at 120.6lbs. Never once weighed this much, holy smokes what a great day!! 3 weeks sober and also getting to a bigger weight

Question: Does anyone else track their progress in a journal or am I just a super nerd?
I literally have M-F workouts written down, daily log of weights used and then W/F I tape myself and write them down, as well as my weight every weekā¦

Thats awesome its onother way to track our progress on my calendars i write down what i weigh for my weigh ins each friday to track calories the more we track i beileve the more we stay on top !

I feel pictures donāt show much daily progress so writing it down helps see those daily gains.

I use to do it on the Noom app. I started that last year on my sober journey at the same time. It was very helpful. I cut my membership back in October but I can still log food, exercise and weight. I feel logging food and calories was a great tool for my weigh loss.
Yeah haha I have it all typed up as a note on my phone.
Iāve taken measurements and will retake these every 30 days.

I dont count calories anymore because I can pretty much eyeball calories in food now anyway and it was annoying I aim for around 1200cals a day, two meals a day (i do intermittent fasting) I try for low carb tooā¦ might have snuck a banana in there today though

Iām so happy Iām back under goal weight. Especially since my activity level has been not so great lately. Especially with all the snow. But I got out again today for a walk. Freakin cold and windy as another front coming in.
I think the sugar over the holidays was a big contributor to my weight gain.

I like that intermittent fasting too. Been doing it for at least 4 years now. I usually donāt eat from 8 - 8:30 pm until lunch at 1 pm.
I think itās interesting our calorie goal for the day is so different. I shoot for 2500 - 2600 calories a day. Iām a big guy. I just think the difference is quite interesting.
