First day of drinking black coffee and not soy or with “coffee mate” I love coffee mate but its SO BAD for you. In Australia our supermarkets only have the original flavor , but you guys in America have all the coffee mate flavours ! Anyway I’m on my third black coffee of the day and I’m actually enjoying it so I’ll try stick to it.
I went black on my coffee 15 years ago and never looked back. And it’s so much easier. Unless of course is a cappuccino. I Got to get some of that natural raw sugar in it. I use to sneaks pack of them in my wife’s purse She made me stop

I use raw sugar aswell. Just a teaspoon. It makes all the difference! I don’t like all those substitute one like equal or the artificial sweetners. They taste crap and I think there just chemicals lol. At least raw sugar is natural?
Didn’t get as many steps today because of my shitty sleep last night, but I plan to have a big step day tomorrow i was down 13lbs before the holidays then I gained 6 back, but i weighed in this morning and I am down a pound. About 20lbs to go until I reach my goal. ODAAT.
I found this in our supermarket today randomly. We have never stocked flavor coffee mate or liquid just original powder. So I got this to try. Its to expensive to buy regularly. $4 for 10 tiny pots I need to get all y’all in the states to send me flavored coffee mate bottles lol its problay so cheap there. We do have an american importer wearhouse groceries company for dry products that import flavors but they sell out in a second and they take months to restock and I always forget about them lol. Probably best anyway coz there not the best for your health or diet! Just a nice treat in coffee once in a while.

Friday was 198.4 so I’m happy with that. And happy I’m running out of ice cream.
I finally got a little motivated to work out today. I wouldn’t call it motivated, I forced my ass onto my reformer after walking the dogs and got in a not very enthusiastic half ass Pilates workout. Better than nothing. Maybe it’s the start I so desperately need to get my February going.
Ate half aquest power bar.
One Apple with organic peanut butter.
And an individual veggie pie for lunch.
Time for a little meditation nap with the dog.
After my workout (shoulders/abs) this morning I went to purchase more weights for my barbell since I was at an odd number for my weights after getting them back. I did however get a killer deal on 3 new ones to level out the bar and I’m super happy about that! Also saw a pull up bar I wanted and decided I would have spent more on a case of beer or drugs so this purchase was so minimal compared to one night of fun.
Anyways, I have new weights and a pull up bar lol I’m enjoying this journey of sobriety and fitness!!
I was thinking of signing up for this. I’d like to do the actual Camino but I fear my body can’t do it anymore. I like that I can spread this out a little longer. How long did it take you to finish?
Weigh in today. Only down 0.5 lbs but it is down. I’m now at my lowest since starting. 135.5. I still hope to get to 120 but I’m not obsessed with that number.
Eating on WW+ is better than on Noom. While I appreciated the “no food is forbidden” philosophy I needed more structure in my diet.
Puppers and I walk between 45-60 everyday. It’s been great for both of us. We have been exploring new paths in the little forest by our house.
Ended the night with a basic grilled blacken chicken breast. Only had one. Saved the other one. Broccoli with just a little bit of cheese sauce. Wifey made me do it and rice.
Almost done the vanilla ice cream.
