Weighed in at 20fucking6.4
And I can’t workout for ten fucking days.
But I got 585 days fucking sober and I got my health. So I can handle this and deal with it sober.
Meanwhile I’ll enjoy the deck and dog and beautiful mountain weather.
For breakfast I had a culture dish called tamale it was good I’m having dinner and lunch I’m having. A spinach smoothie and a veggie filled burrito veggie heaven … This is where I stand I started my weightloss journey last year on December 15 2020 I was 224 pounds I had enough i currently weigh in at 157 pounds almost 70 pounds of fat off it’s not easy not at my goal yet have 12 pounds to go let’s Gooo !!
Can’t exactly weigh myself this week since my scale is back home in my state of Virginia currently in Georgia but I can check in with my eating windows and what I eat for lunch I’m having a spinach kale smoothie with a veggie rice bowl should be yummy today is Sunday my rest day I have been trying to incorporate some working out in my busy trucking lifestyle I carry my jump rope and dumbbells everywhere I go I’m also going to invest in a bicycle and see how I strap that badboy to my tractor

Hey all. I have not updated in a VERY long time. I was having some struggles. I had noticed my weight was creeping up but couldn’t figure out why. As a result some of my ED tendencies started creeping in. I got a bit scared. In the end my issue was actually drinking WAY too much sparkling water and soda stream. All the bubbles on the water was sticking in my belly resulting in a LOT of bloat and a bit of weight gain. It took a few weeks but going back to mostly water and herbal tisanes cleared all the gas and the weight started to come back down. It’s not as low as it was before but it’s getting there.
I started doing intermittent fasting and that has been fantastic. My fast is usually 6pm to 10am but I adjust it if my dinner is late due to life out of my control. So if my dinner is 7:30 then breakfast is 11:30. This has been very easy and helpful with weight. I just got back from 2 weeks vacation which means LOTS of eating out and I don’t think I gained an ounce. Official weigh in tomorrow morning.
Starting weight: 142 with Noom in October/138 WW in January
Goal weight: 120 would be nice but I’m not going to obsess
Current weight: about 134-135….I’ll find out in the AM

Still can’t work out or power walk. But on my 5th day without any extra added sugar. Kind of headachey though. I Hope the cherry blueberry raspberry smoothie and Tylonol help.
I love the intermittent fasting. I go from about 8 or 9 pm til about lunch time 1 pm no food. I’ve been trying to work in my smoothies around 10 or 11 am but I’m finding it hard to remember. Got one today though.
And now that I got some hefty sober time in me I too have been cutting back on the sparkling. Just don’t seem to need it. I like it with dinner.
I’ve been enjoying my herbal ice teas in the afternoon. I make 2 big mugs of tea in the morning. My lean green tea and turmeric ginger mixed that I drink after my coffee. And I make an herbal red that I don’t touch. Then in the afternoon I just poor it over ice. It taste great. And no gassy bubbles.

Weigh in currently August 19 at 151.8 pounds I’m only 6 pounds away from my weight goal 6 pounds I’m very proud of myself and very happy with my results I’m feeling better then ever my eating habits have changed alot I excersise more all around ready to conquer anything it was a struggle trail and error weightloss takes a huge amount of patience and discipline to say no to things you love to eat it’s possible it’s achievable it’s doable and you can do it LETS GOOOO !!!
