Can’t wait to get back into this thread. My goal for this week was to start incorporating exercise I don’t even want to know my weight is at this point lol. But that’s ok. Progress not perfection
Weighed myself this morning and forgot to post haha I have gained 7 lbs since January 2022. I’m sure some if this is due to getting clean but still… starting exercise tmrw anyway! Can’t wait

I’m down 9lb since I stopped drinking 33 days ago. I’ll be back in the healthy weight range by the summer at this rate.
I’m 6’3, I stopped drinking 2 months ago and I’m down to 290lbs from 307lbs
I won’t stop till I hit 220lbs. But I look forward to every 5lbs I shed.
Down 5.6 pounds in 16 days of being sober and kicking my butt in my home gym and eating the healthiest I ever have in my life! I feel phenomenal, so happy and energized. For years I would describe myself feeling so malnourished and just awful because of the nonstop binge drinking and eating. 16 days sober from alcohol and not a single binge!

Only lost .8lbs in 1 week. Hoping to see some greater weight lost this week…if only I can stick to eating healthy and drinking more water… instead of adding crazy calories by drinking sugary drinks haha

Oh my gosh all! I just weighed myself and with just cutting out alcohol and allowing myself to responsibly indulge food cravings, I lost 6 pounds in 50+ days! No extra steps, no workouts. If that doesn’t motivate me to not pick up I don’t know what will. Onward folks!

Down to 214.4 from a high of 270 with the help of gastric sleeve surgery in Dec. Not out of breath going up stairs anymore. Going down stairs is easier mobility wise.
Day 22 and down 6.4 lbs! So happy!
I’m jumping on here too! I’ve gone from 197 to 188 in the last three weeks. It’s been a lot of work on the elliptical but that’s how I did it last time. Before my surgery I was in my best shape at 167 and my goal is to get to 165. Proud of everyone here, love you guys!!!
Since last nights post, I feel like I need to really hold myself accountable for what I eat, log my calories into here (and to be honest about it), and to keep track of any progress. So here we go:

Water intake… maybe 20oz (literally drank coffee all day )
Actually made a better choice and chose whole wheat instead of white for a bagel while on the go
Fought the urge to eat the entire choc bar that I bought. I had a craving for chocolate so went to buy one. Was about to eat the entire thing but asked myself if I really needed to do that, which was no. So instead I put it in the fridge. Logged the info for it into my app and decided I could eat like 1/3 of it. That way it will fit into my calories and not make me feel sick.
Tmrw is a workout day. We will see if working our effects me and my appetite and food intake differently
