What I did…
Laid in bed and read everyone’s postings here.

Baking two loaves of banana nut bread
Household chores
Reached out and thank some people who make it a pleasure and easy to stay sober
Staying focused on the really important things in life
Oh and I got the dog in the shower for a bath. Once I got her in the bathroom and I stepped into shower she joined me. Easy Peasy
Step work reading
Praying for others and thy will be done for me

The same stuff I do (almost) every day:

  • walking the longer way to my train to get the body warm and awake
  • be kind to myself, we’re humans
  • positive affirmations
  • laugh!
  • cry! (that became more since reducing Escitaloprame, that’s okay and was expected)
  • eat good food
  • tea before bed
  • try to go to bed at the same time every day bc it helps falling asleep better
