hi ladies!! i loved my moon cup so much but i just couldn’t get anything to fit right after i gave birth. this past year i started using period panties - game changer!! does anyone else here use them? i feel like they’re rarely discussed but i love mine. nothing inside me, no sticky tape anywhere, just underwear like i’d wear on a regular day! i have 5 pairs so i can wash one or two a day and it lasts my whole cycle. for anyone looking for an alternative, i recommend trying it! i use the brand bambody :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::heart::tipping_hand_woman:t2:

also i have to say, i have been in an exceptionally good mood these past few weeks - literally just beaming every day, so happy to be alive. then yesterday came, and i felt this dark cloud come out of nowhere for no particular reason. it was such a stark change in the weather. i even burst into tears at some point. of course today i started bleeding. but wow that dark, gloomy, ominous part of our hormonal cycle is so real!!! we really need to take such good care of ourselves sisters :heart::heart::heart:

I was thinking about period panties but it’s so overwhelming :smiling_face_with_tear: There are a gazillion brands on the market now and that stuff is expensive.
The brand you mentioned is not being sold here :sob:

Thanks for the tip. I was investigating those before I became pregnant but still was unsure, I think I may get some for after. I know a lot of friends with teens buy them for their daughters and love them.
