Today hasn’t been good. I’m in full rage and self hate mode. Door didn’t get fixed, toilet is making ridiculous noises and I missed everything I wanted to do today for nothing.

Oh boy I feel this! I’m 4 days late and talk to my body to please start the bleeding. My mood is awful, I’m tired all the time, cold and could eat everything! Literally.
Rage is not that present this cycle, thankfully (for me and everyone around lol).

Why did i get my period after 2 weeks?!?! This shit is rigged. I joked with hubby maybe im in perimenopause and he jokingly said some prayers. Eh atleast we can laugh about it now

Oh no! Why is it the days sometimes pile this stuff on?? Really hope today is better.
I was hugely grumpy and emotional yesterday, definitely some hormones going on. Seem to have woken up calmer in general, but do have a low level anger going on. I really hate anger just hanging around in the background, colouring every interaction.

I just hope that my period does come this weekend as I have an ultrasound ‘down there’ and on my pelvis and stomach on the 10th. It was for this Monday coming but I delayed it due to my period… It better not fuck me around as usual…

Ladies, I chim in, after heavenly quiet for 9 months my hormones had a flareup to remind me what PMS and the fucking bleeding feels like 
I’m grateful I killed nobody, grumped on my own and am happy again since it’s over yesterday.

@Cjp When I got into perimenopause, my cycle shortened to 3 weeks to 24 days for several years. Shorter cycles are a hint you are approaching the funny years of hormonal shenanigans

Well. Two men turned up with a complete new lock mechanism that was ordered from Germany and took apparently four months to arrive. My lock is fine, it is the handles that needed changing. They had no handles. We all laughed. Kind of.
They are coming back next Wednesday now.
I have refrained from murder myself for a few days.
Like, I’m no door expert man, that’s you. I don’t know why you ordered that instead of handles? I didn’t inspect my own door. The looks from them were SUSPICIOUS. Wtaf

I just got my hair done what, as always, is so nice and enjoyable!
I was grocery shopping and now wait for my tram.

I hate my chubbyness!
I want to be less and I tried so much things. Don’t even eat shit, eating very clean, focused on enough protein. Doing sports. Blah. I feel like in prison in my body.
The I got some hope and after 1hour already doubts!
Maybe I will go for a swim.
Last week I had 6 active days.
Since then only one strength training on Monday.

I don’t know what it’s like in your head. I do know you seem very active and healthy from what you post on here.
I think you know you want to be more not less. I think you are doing that in your sobriety. I think you are creating a you that is more you than you’ve ever been.
I think society has told you to be less. Just like the people who tell us how to drink or how to eat or how to love, fuck em.
