No ty. Not even cold cold cold! LOL

Made it through my first every yoga class - hot yoga! Sweat was out of control. Made two mistakes, went with 75 minute class and not enough water. Enjoyed every second of it!! Payed for an entire month so day 2 tomorrow, just not as long.

Day 2 = sculpt. Not the best decision for second visit. Weights with yoga poses. Made it solid 45 minutes before cashing out and watching rest of class while stretching. I’ve done 4-5 tough mudders, kick box for a few years and nothing compared to what i did last night. Man, super tough! The woman in front of me was flying through!

Core a bit sore from yesterday but good to get moving and loosen up a bit. Love a good sun salutation :raised_hands::sunrise_over_mountains:

Core is still a bit sore! So nice to take it easy on this one. Looking forward to it ramping up a bit though.

This was all about connecting to your higher self. My higher self is a wimp :joy: I know I said I was looking forward to it ramping up but I found this hard and wanted it to be over when it got hard (half push ups got me). Buut I did it. It was only a 25 minute practice and I didn’t enjoy it all but I’m glad I did it.

But it’s getting lonely here now Mel is out. @Fj007 @SassyRocks @Frantasticooo @Rob68 @anon13078412 @lifeswhatyoumakeit @Jane.c or anyone else that wants to get involved!

I’m still managing my daily routine including yoga, breathing exercises and meditation. Being honest as hard as it is at moment with everything going on its keeping me in routine, focused, easing stress off and relaxing me.

The perfect addiction hey, if only I’d done this at the start as opposed to popping pills etc lol! What ifs etc but just shows how good your body can function and my original pains I started taking them for a lot less or any at all at times, bloody big pharma evilness :roll_eyes::grin::v:

Now don’t laugh but have put this into my routine for the past few weeks, as suspect as the pose is lol! Quite straight forward to get into but quite beneficial, enjoy peeps :v::wink:
