Lots of cat cows in this series. Wrists felt a little sore this morning so cycled through child’s pose a few times. And chose the reclining pigeon at the end which was just lovely.

I have until the 13th of November then my month long pass is done. Starting to get enjoyable, less of a struggle.

@siand considering for sure. Might go with non hot yoga however, loosing too much weight! That was never the plan, I wanted to be more bendy.

I did some shakti dancing and laughter yoga at the yoga festival I went to in July which was all about letting loose and just going with it. Really brilliant!

I’m loving it so far, interestingly I’m finding myself getting really annoyed at her stopping to over explain stuff, which is helping me slow things down and practice patience.
Ah good let’s hope next weeks not some crazy llama yoga to scare her off completely

Ok all…membership for hot yoga is done 11/13. I think I’m more flexible but this shit is way tougher than I had anticipated!
You’re human, it’s okay to feel how you feel. Feelings come and go. Recognize them…oh, there I am judging others and myself again…and release the feelings.
Or perhaps ponder what is beneath the anger? Often I find it is sadness.

Hiya! I am new to yoga… but I have had a lot of stress and handling it sober is hard. I can’t make an actual class so would like to do something online… either youtube or free app. Any suggestions? Yoga to “let it go”…
I do yoga at home as well. I like YouTube videos, lots to choose from. I do yin yoga, as I enjoy holding the poses, stretching and relaxing my mind. Restorative is also good. Here are a few of the shorter ones I enjoy…
