Hey Jennifer! Thanks for asking! Iā€™m fine, I havenā€™t been 100% sober in the past months. I didnā€™t go back to old habits, but still I had a drink with friends once in a while. Last week I found out (by chance - lucky me!) that my blood pressure is sky high, so Iā€™ve been back on the sober horse since almost one week, besides doing major changes in my eating habits.
I havenā€™t been logging on much lately, but if thereā€™s a workout challenge, I will join this month, I enjoyed those challenges a lot! I hope youā€™re doing fine, lady! Still hanging in there, I guess. I have a lot of reading to do in the forum in order to catch up!

Lots to catch up on but the headline is:
Iā€™M STILL SOBER (1529 days)
This year has been very challenging but also very rewarding. Itā€™s been a big year of transition and change, returning home from prison and diving right into work.
The changes will continue with seemingly consistent intensity for the foreseeable future.
Its looking like Iā€™ll be released from parole a year early, on February 18th, so thatā€™ll be the first milestone of the year. The next one being that I will be moving into my own place sometime this summer, unless an opportunity I canā€™t refuse presents itself sooner.
This will be the year where I truly take my sobriety and build a new life with it. Iā€™m very curious/ excited to see where I will go and what Iā€™ll do.

Time out here moves a little faster than it did in the last place :face_with_hand_over_mouth:

Thank you my friend.
Im very fortunate to have the life I have. It seldom goes the way I planned but, more often than not, thatā€™s a good thing.
