Doing well, Jazzy. Read on here pretty often and need to post more. Life’s been busy with family. Got through lots of summer family visits with alcohol around. The longer I am sober, the easier sobriety becomes. In the beginning, I certainly wouldn’t have felt comfortable in settings with most around me drinking alcohol.

Been working on my fitness and nutrition and I am feeling the strongest I’ve been in a long time. Sobriety is a gift I am thankful for every day and reminds me that most things in life are possible if we want it and are willing to put the work in.

Full disclosure - of course there are rough days, but only temporary. Relapse, likely not so temporary.

Thanks for thinking of me. I’m still plugging along, still alcohol free,
Working a lot and riding my bike or walking. There’s a trail I use so I don’t have to go on the roads. They drive fast and hard here, lol😄
Started dating but nothing great to report just yet!
