In no particular order:

  • Not having to deal with a hangover and withdrawals every day until I could get drunk again.
  • Be able to drive where I want and when and not being restricted because I had been drinking.
  • Not having to worry about what I said or did while drinking.
  • Being able to make plans and move towards my dream of opening my own school.

1.) Alcohol is a cheat and a liar
2.) As a child I did just fine coping without it
3.) No more hangovers or sleepless nights
4.) Shame and embarrassment it brings
5.) My kids and I both deserve a sober me
