Wow youā€™re doing great with it, for me I will start with warm and then at the end turn it cold, do you think thatā€™s ok? Or is the goal to do cold the whole time?I havenā€™t gotten the chance to check out the wim Hoff site yet, congras on your new job btw

thank you @GVLNative , both bears are cute but love that image  I will do a search now !

ooooh cold the whole time, noooo, save that for when I am ready for cold bath and built up my resistance too wimpy yet. My shower is faulty low pressure so it goes hot and cold at intervals. Used to step back when it went cold. So I work it that I start with hot, take the cold x 2, hot and then last blast with the cold. Apparently you should finish on cold. I am buzzing after you right it does feel good. Good site, when you get a chance should sign up I get regular emails with useful info
Thank you for congrats, have a good Thursday Mike

Day 231 I think. Working from home today. Really thinking about why I hesitate to do things I know I should do and procrastinate things that need doing. I havenā€™t come up with an answer yet. Specifically wondering why Iā€™m not exercising when I actually like to exercise and Iā€™ve added 40+ pounds in the last 2 years. 20 of that since I stopped drinking. I guess Iā€™m just still a work in progress and being sober just doesnā€™t solve everything. Duh.:rofl: I am incredibly thankful Iā€™ve maintained my sobriety through the last few months as the world has seemed to turn upside down. My AA group has decided to open up in person meetings again this weekend. I wonā€™t be attending but Iā€™m glad theyā€™ll be there for the people who really need it. Iā€™ll stick to the Zoom version for now. Anyway - lots of inspiration here today reading the thread. Keep working everyone!

Checking in, Day 114 AF (Yeah, sober As Fuck! Though Iā€™ve now learned AF is ā€œalcohol freeā€ā€¦).

Missed posting a check in the past few days. Missed all you guys, too! Glad to see people doing well, weā€™re all better for being sober and being in it together.

The weather was sunny and mild for a change the past few days, so I spent all day outside either in the yard or going for bike rides along the country roads. Today is back to cold and rainy, so Iā€™m again stuck inside. Looking forward to AA meeting at noon on Zoom. Stay strong, TS friends!

Day 3. I had a not-bad night of sleep. I am way too inside my head. I need a nice brisk walk, or a deep chill meditation, or both.

I have to go to work. Work is a drag. Grocery stores are a bummer these days. I canā€™t wait to like my job again, just glad to have one, for now. I canā€™t say I am sad about the peppermint patties delivery to my door! I love surprise sample deliveries.

Off to feed the piggies and the chix.
