Day 314 clean and sober today. My psychiatrist had upped my meds the other day after we talked about what has been going on in my life and I’m a little groggy from them this morning. Doing whatever I can to walk through this sober. Have a great day everyone, love you guys

- Ever have a work day where you want to yell "Mutha f@#÷er at the top of your lungs. Today is it. Screw “covid fatigue”, I have full blown idiot fatigue. People have lost their darn minds. However I have the following: 1) a good job, 2) I am covid free, 3) Ms. Monkey, and most importantly I am sober. Sobriety doesnt promise easy days…it promises clarity, so I dont yell “mutha f@#$er” and get fired.
