Man I really could have benefited from these strategies earlier in life. I wish my therapists would have given me some real information and tools to use instead of just sticking me on meds. Maybe I wouldn’t have developed a problem with alcohol if I learned some proper coping mechanisms early on. IDK. End rant. Thanks for posting.
