That’s so sweet of you. Thank you. I just try to keep my daily calorie count under 2600. Actually this is the first week I haven’t log food. Wifey thinks I’m too skinny.
Praying you have a speedy recovery on your ribs. Ouch
Sorry, no tips… I think it’s a must to nibble fresh warm bread. With a good hunk of butter
Ask Wifey to hide it.
Just so y’all know wifey does cook for me once in a blue moon. October is suppose to have 2 full moons. Just saying.
Pigs In A Blanket With American Cheese.
Got to admit they are pretty dang good.
BTW. Wifey rocks a lasagna like no one else I know.
That looks… interesting!
These look so good!!
They’re great!! Just get some Pillsbury crescent rolls and wrap them around your dogs and bake them. Add cheese for the last minute or 2.
And they were! I had 2 friends over and that platter was empty in minutes!!
Those looks delicious
Well of course! Carbs, butter and sugar!
Eric, good Lord man, that is just not right. I hope snack time improves for you with the next full moon.
So you’ll go easier on my next time I make fun of wifey’s cooking
They are actually pretty tasty.
Lemon/basil/garlic/local raw honey/EVOO marinated and sautéed chicken with multicolor baby potatoes, steamed broccoli and bright lemony garlicky pan sauce. My sous chef (aka husband) helped with the chopping. When I mentioned I’d have to scale down my cooking because of the hand pain, he was quick to offer any assistance required.
My three favourite ingredients of all time butter sugar and carbs
As one of those pesky, irritating celiacs (for almost 20 years now - way before it was a thing), I LOVE that you show what’s GF on your menu. It means you won’t field those irritating questions such as “can you do the Chicken and Bacon Pie gluten free?”
What country is this menu in?
Guessing you don’t deliver to ?
No, you can’t call it cheese!
It’s something, and strangely edible (and melt-able), but “it” is to cheese what wood paneling on a station wagon is to an oak tree!
I tease. Glad you enjoyed it. Reminds me of the birthday parties of my childhood. Back when they used to bake pennies into the cake…
Weekends in winter are all about soup…
But this weekend, in honor of what would be my Dad’s bday soon, I made one his faves from my small repertoire - bison chili with venison sausage, black beans and sweet potato.
Just like that station wagon I think it keeps the oil companies in business. But you got to admit. Which cheese or cheese product melts the best.
