I made it very random, but I think it’s approximately the following:
200 g roasted almonds, lightly salted,
shredded in food processor until nearly the oil separates
75g vegan protein vanilla (by Koro Drogerie)
maybe 30 to 50 ml of water
pinch of stevia
mix again
That’s it
Roll them and cover in shredded coconut.
Don’t want to do merchandise but I realy recommend the vegan protein by Koro Drogerie in vanilla and chocolate.
It’s just the best ever. Each taste and incridients.
My breakfast, day 2 of healthy eating and hoping to lose some weight…chopped boiled egg on a slice of (unbuttered) toast and salad with a tiny bit of lime and olive oil dressing, topped with small amount of low fat mayonnaise, was lovely
