I add two tablespoons of the yoghurt in with a little of the milk first and then add the rest of the milk.

That’s perfect thank you.
I was unsure as you tube shows milk. But the packets I was buying that are sooo expensive it was water.

Yayyy thank you :hugs:

Sunday indulgence. Under all that “cotija” cheese (I have my doubts) were Korean steak tacos that were too sweet but still quite tasty. Gosh I am a sucker for pretzels and cheese sauce! And my fella’s smash burger was excellent.

Spatchcock chicken, baked potato, mashed rutabaga, asparagus. Cabbage slaw on the side

Now that’s a proper Sunday supper. Looks pretty, amiga.

I love deviled eggs! Little vinegar, mustard, and paprika to top it off.

Refried beans with salsa, taco sauce, and shredded cheese mixed in over rice seasoned with tajin, chili powder, white pepper, and some olive oil, on gluten free tortillas! And adding sour cream on top and a sprinkle of cheese to make it look less like something i threw together :joy:

Probably won’t eat all three, but they are taco sized tortillas.

Wish I had some lettuce and tomato to put on top

Edit: i did in fact eat all three! :see_no_evil:
Guess it was one for breakfast, one for lunch and another for dinner

Garden burger night.
Crinkle fries and a chipotle aioli, heavy on the chipotle, and made with olive oil mayo.

@ShadowFax WOW on your camping food! Hope you had a wonderful time
@RosaCanDo I have never even seen those pretzels!!?
I always just see pretzels shaped like a pretzel!
@Twizzlers so cool your Dad teaches survival classes! Do learn from him.
I want to take an ummm ??? ( kra maga/// something like that) class that is not judo or karate but is defense and one of our TS members teaches it. Not any classes very near me but I will see.

My food…
Cucumbers, persian
Salmon, cucumbers and spinach
Halo mandarins… I took them to a birthday party. In a pretty bowl for the bday girl.
Lots easier, ( just washed and dried the mandarins)
than my usual of a spinach or lettuce, fruit, nut and cheese salad…
Everyone loved them and all five pounds were quickly gone…
The one pic I am testing how much of the bowl they will take up, I put some bulk under them so they would sit party pretty.
Tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, broccoli
Mango

Hi Alisa,

I made it very random, but I think it’s approximately the following:

  • 200 g roasted almonds, lightly salted,
shredded in food processor until nearly the oil separates
  • 75g vegan protein vanilla (by Koro Drogerie)
  • maybe 30 to 50 ml of water
  • pinch of stevia
  • mix again

That’s it :ok_hand:t2:
Roll them and cover in shredded coconut.

Don’t want to do merchandise but I realy recommend the vegan protein by Koro Drogerie in vanilla and chocolate.
It’s just the best ever. Each taste and incridients.

It boggles me but I imagine you like the runny oats. Maybe I should try it sometime. I’m like @Alisa and want mine almost solid.

Cleaned out the freezer and made a chipotle chicken with frozen restaurant style cream corn and creamed spinach.

I found this great chipotle sauce at the Sprouts. I never heard of it. So good.
