I have been doing guided meditation for the past couple weeks but more recently I have been doing 5 minutes by myself every evening after work listening to sounds of nature. This evening I am going to challenge myself to do 10 minutes.
This is my friend who use to go to sober living places in Santa Monica and teach addicts about meditation. He’s got a few on Spotify SoundCloud iTunes. Etc.

Thank you for the link @Dazercat
Also, I have just been to my first Recovery Dharma online meeting and absolutely loved it! I will be going through their meetings spreadsheet to find other meetings to attend
That’s wonderful. Happy you found something you like.
That’s great!
Thank you. I’ve been to several online meetings now and it really seems to click for me

I was able to do a little more than 10 minutes of meditation this morning and it felt good it was definitely much needed.
I did this just earlier today. I really enjoyed it and did the full 10 minutes with my mind only wandering a bit for the first few minutes.
I liked meditating on a question and the answers that came up for me were to let go and to ask for help…interesting.
I’m going to try this one tomorrow
I am a big fan of Calm and Inaight timer. I start my day with the Daily Jay (Jay Shetty). He has a key point and short meditation. The whole thing is 7 minutes.
Last night I was able to complete another 10 minute meditation. It was relaxing after a long day at work.
Can’t remember shit
I always feel better after.
Lately they put me out. And that’s ok. Things are pretty hectic around here. I do think I remember that one had a lot of long pauses.
