I’m going alcohol free and the sugar and carb cravings are my worst symptom! I did Keto for almost 2 years and lost almost 100lbs. During and after 2020 and the panini my drinking got to be too much… I gained back some of my lost weight. Now I’ve stopped drinking and the carb and sugar cravings have been insane.
Trying to get back to intermittent fasting, which helped with with cravings last time.

Yes! Today I was just thinking about it, I’m almost week without alco and my sugar craving in enorm.
I should lose some weight, most of my clothes became too small and uncomfortable, I also don’t feel comfortable in my body. I’m very close to 40yo and I see how my metabolism slowed down…
Let’s cut that sugar shit together:)
