Me too, but my problem is more being triggered by certain foods to eat too much.
You might want to have a look into following threads:

No grains pasta bread etc
Meat,fish,eggs,vegetables,nuts and seads if it isn’t one of them don’t eat and if your cought out and get fast food. Take the bread off
