Side note. My wife made me call my doc. After all the weight loss, almost 60 pounds. My thyroid med was too much, I’m hypothyroid, and he had to adjust it. Doc said my thyroid med wasn’t toxic but it was too much and it was a good thing I called.

And I learned a bit about you, your a yank lol same here, and out west, it’s kinda been a consideration for me,
I had job prospects in midwest I didn’t pursue them and went to treatment instead, decided to stay semi close to home to fix a shattered relationship, cause I am a dumb ass. But recently got some hits and I’m probably gonna start checking into them just in a holding pattern at the moment

I used to live in York, home of the peppermint pattie and they are my favorite.
I also used to live in Hershey, well just outside of it. So I’ve been around the chocolate love of the world.
Its that time of the week. Sunday weekly weigh in … 71.8kg. Same as last week. I’ve got an appointment with a dietican in 8 days. So maybe that will shed some more light on my situation. I’ve been eating clean and exercising, but I’m plateauing. All good. Not stressed. I’m enjoying the process keep up the good work guys. Your all killing it !!
Someone else mentioned C4 preworkout, and I said I would let you know, I got a free trial as a friend said it was too much for him.
Flavor not bad, nutrients not bad, cost I think about 25 bucks US, i got it free so great.
I used it a half hour prior to workout with great results, I was at muscle failure and still had energy.
Overall If you cant gold standard, C4 is pretty good, and I was surprised considering my substance abuse history that it would work for me

Family had chick fil a kept nudging to partake but i resisted with bravery and strength VICTORY IS MINE !
For dinner i had a spinach wrap inside i put 2 slices of ham, 2 scrambled eggs , romaine lettuce , mayo , tomatoe and sharp cheddar cheese I FEEL GOOD cant wait until fridays weigh in !
