Monday check in for the week
Gained 2lbs over the span of 2 weeks (missed last monday). I worked out well last week too and again today. Decided tho that Iām liking how I am feeling and progressing in my workouts. Not going to fret over the number on the scale. Cuz what good will that do being upset over it. My diet is improving but there is A LOT to improve on still. I want to cut out sugar but Iām struggling a bit with that bcuz I need substitutes for sweet things fir my oatmeal or coffee etc lol Iām making progress tho. Thatās what matters. And Iām being active everyday so Iām going more for how I feel as opposed to a number I want to reach on the scale. Quite frankly I will most likely never get to the weight I want when I was at my fittest. That was like 15 years ago haha and Iām 37 so I feel like my body has changed due to age

Youāre feelin good! Your 91 days clean! Fuck that scale! or number for your weight! That attitude will get you where you need to be when you get there. Did you notice a few people joined that no added sugar thread? Just what you need another thread anyway. Check us out if you got time. Seems like thereās a no sugar craze happening. Keep up the great work.

So I havenāt checked in here for a few weeks but something interesting happened. I was 197lbs for a long time (30lbs overweight) and couldnāt shake it. I quit taking certain medications I was on about a month and a half ago that were giving me really bad side effects. Well, I havenāt been to the gym in like 3 weeks and Iām down to 187lbs! I think the medicine was keeping the weight on me??? Anyways, super excited to start going to the gym again. Hope you all are doing well, love you guys

I can see Onederland for the first time since recovering from my IV opiate addiction in 2017 (that took me down to 175 but in the 5 years since I put on 100 lbs to 275 or so)
Now with the help of Gastric Sleeve surgery the weight is off again and Iām happy. I do have to do a lot of mourning for food because I canāt eat what I want to beyond a few bites lol. My mind still wants to eat half a cheesy pizza. Or big ass cheeseburger and fries. However, I donāt regret my decision to undergo the surgery.

I am working hard on losing weight. I have lost 19 pounds in the last 3-4 months. I have about 40-50 more to go. My goal is 165 I am just a little over 200. I gained 70 pounds when getting clean in the span of 1 year and a halfā¦ and because of medications and lack of exercise. I got off the certain meds like 2 months ago and I have been walking up to 10,000 - 17,000 steps a day, depending on the day. I get a lot of cardio in at my job and I walk from work sometimes to work then I will do my exercise after I go on a walk or something. I havenāt been able to eat many calories the last few days because I
Got 3 teeth pulled so Iām not really eating and they said no exercise for 3-4 days after getting the teeth pulled because it can mess up the blood clotting. Now I might have a minor surgery tomorrow and I donāt know how long I will have to recover for
