Oh my, sounds very frustrating indeed. I can relate as healthy healing sleep has been elusive for me for many years.
I put together a few threads you may find of interest. Please know you are not alone. With racing mind I would avoid melatonin or valerian…these tend to make my mind busy (may be different for you tho!). Nightly meditations in bed may help ease your mind a bit.
Here are some threads to take a look at…
Hey there everyone! So, I have a few questions about sleep for anyone who has some advice. I have trouble sleeping like most everyone.
What are some of the things you do to TRY to get a good night’s sleep? Also, what time do you get up and what time do you go to bed?
It seems for me that it takes forever for me to fall asleep. Then once I fall asleep I awake MANY times during the night to go to the bathroom but can usually but not always go back to sleep. It literally takes me about an ho…
I am 18 days into my clean out from opiates (painkillers) and sleep is a luxury that is not coming. I have tried chamomile tea, melatonin and straight up exhaustion. Does a anybody have any tips? Thanks brothers and sisters!

I’ve put lavender on the bottom of my feet. A…

Then having to get up for work and dreading what the work day has in store with no sleep. Before when I was taking pills (then Suboxone the past year) sleep came Soo easy. I could just lay down and relax and slee…
I hope you can crack your sleep code.
