5 days easy, Now struggling

Welcome! My best advice is to try to create new sober routines for yourself. My drinking was almost completely centered around routine and once I broke out of those routines and created new ones, it was much easier to stay sober.

Also, you’ve done 5 days so you know without a doubt you can do 5 more, and 5 more and so on :slightly_smiling_face:
