I have tried to quit drink on my own many times. Sometimes it last a week and sometimes i have gone a few months. Most my wife and my friends and family drink when getting together which makes it even harder for me to stop. I figured I would try this app because it has this support chat.

This forum is amazing for support, I’ve found. Especially with my spouse who drinks, and encourages me to drink. Here, I find support. Many also find AA or similar support groups immensely helpful. Wish you well! Stick around & read lots
