@Joshmc24 Hi Josh welcome to the best recovery app in the universe

I’m glad you found us, realising you have a problem and reaching out to find a solution are the first very important steps to recovery.

ADHD, I can’t, and won’t offer any advice there; although I’ve got quite a few ADD traits I’ve been able to manage them with lifestyle changes and choices, with the help of professionals.

What’s the catalyst? Do you drink first then do coke or the other way round, or isn’t that a factor
Not that it really matters, I think you agree that both shouldn’t be part of your life.

My DoC was alcohol, I was never interested in the drugs, just didn’t do anything for me; I’ve a very high bar for any meds to have an effect :frowning: which makes it a bugger for my Dr as he’s got to give me higher doses than is usual.

I got sober back in 2004, through the fellowship of AA, but there’s also NA I can recommend both a couple of my sponcees are dual addiction.

Only really advice I’ll give you is stay on TS and dive in deep. There’s a massive amount of information and support in all the areas that you are looking for help with.
Please remember that recovery from any addiction is "One Day At A Time (ODAAT).
You only need to stay sober for today, tomorrow is another day.

Feel free to IM if you want (I’m England).
