Looking for some advice. How did you beat the cravings and the withdrawl. Having a hard time with it. Was hoping for some coping mechanism advice.

Are you currently sober and going through withdrawal, or contemplating how to get sober?

As others have said, it depends on the thing you are getting sober from. For me with alcohol, I avoided gping to places that tempted me (bars, obviously, also convenience stores) and tried to keep my mouth and hands busy during danger times (mints, apps, a plan of things to do). The most important thing was doing some recovery work every day, for me that meant AA, but I think anything van work so long as you are diligent.
