Hello everyone, I hope everyone is doing well as I haven’t been on the app for a while and have been MIA. today I received my 90 days chip on the app and I couldn’t be more happier. Ive been trying to find positive atmospheres around me for the days Ive been gone as I dread the month of may and have found myself sleeping a lot more. Today , I am happy. Today, I am clean. Today, I am sober. Today, I marked 90 days. I may be having a tough time rn but what I’ve accomplished is enough to keep me going.

To get myself started in a positive frame of mind I start my days over here on the gratitude thread
It’s one of my strongest tools in my sobriety tool box. I got so much to be grateful for when I’m sober. I got nothing when I’m drinking. Just drama and misery. Come check us out. The lights are always on over there.
