Trying to do it without meetings. Pretty much working and sitting at home all day.

Congratulations on your 6 days. I did it without going to meetings. I had a lot of first hand knowledge of addiction from my children. Rehab. Family weeks. Al-Anon. Going to meetings with my kids. So I thought I could do it too without meetings. I spent a lot of time on here. Still do. Mostly on the gratitude thread.
Still one of my strongest tools.
I do go to meetings now. In person meetings fill my spiritual tank. I was missing the spiritual part for the first 3 years. And I don’t mean a specific god or religion. It’s hard to explain. But every time I leave a meeting my spiritual tank is filled.
Keep coming back. Be active on here. And you can do it too.
