What works and what doesn’t ![]()
Well, it’s not a one size fits all kind of a thing.
I guess what worked and works the best for me is a keeping an open mind. And I had to do things differently.
Gratitude is my strongest tool. I read it and write it out here every day. I’ve retrained my brain so now I practice gratitude in my mind all the time. I got so much to be grateful for when I’m sober. When I’m drinking? I got nothing.
What I’ve noticed works is; You got to want it bad. You got to do things differently.
Come here often. Do a lot of reading. And join in when you’re comfortable.
